Andrew pays a visit to his friend in the lab, now in a coma after she attacked a doctor. Tensions run high as he meets with his boss and is given another assignment. The meeting doesn't go exactly as planned, his request for a government-mandated sabbatical is turned down and it's made clear that he's in too deep to just resign from his job. Not to say that Andrew doesn't have a little leverage in this situation, there are a lot of people who would love to know about the illegal lab in the basement.
